Return Policy
- You can return any unused product within 3 days.
- The right of withdrawal expires 3 days from the date the person receives the product.
- In case of return, shipping costs are your responsibility.
- If the product is faulty, shipping costs belong to us.
- If the product has arrived to you damaged, you can send an e-mail to info@panadahookah.com. When you receive the damaged product, you must send an e-mail within 48 hours.
- After the damaged product is shipped to us, the new product will be sent to you.
- The same customer has the right to a refund. If a return is made twice, the second return will not be approved.
- For health and hygiene reasons, used products cannot be returned.
